Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Free from damage caused after delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Custom & Personalized Orders

Products made to custom dimensions, special measurements, personalized designs, or customer-specific requests are considered custom-made products.

Because these items are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Please carefully review all measurements and customization details before placing your order.

Used Products

For hygiene and quality reasons, products that have been:

  • Used

  • Worn

  • Washed

  • Damaged after delivery

cannot be returned or exchanged.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging if applicable

We will review the situation and work with you to find the best solution.

Promotional Discounts

Repeat customer discounts, promotional coupons, and special offers may not apply to custom-sized or personalized products unless explicitly stated.
