Production & Shipping

Each rocking chair cushion is prepared with close attention to proportion, tufting, filling distribution and finishing details. The upholstery is carefully cut, assembled and filled before the attachment ties and overall construction are inspected for quality. As this is a made-to-order upholstered piece, preparation time is required before dispatch.

The finished cushion is securely packaged to help protect its shape and fabric during transportation. Some temporary compression may occur in transit. After delivery, gently reshape and fluff the cushion, then allow the filling time to expand and settle naturally before use.
